About Ramiza Mohammed
Having graduated with a Masters focused in HR Management after qualifying as a solicitor regulated by the Law Society, I have unique experience of working as a legal advisor and in house in a HR capacity. The combination of these experiences over the last 15 years has allowed me to gain exposure to the real needs of both employers and employees in a work setting.
I specialise in Scottish employment law and I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. I have hands-on experience in employment tribunals across the UK and have a keen interest for this field.
My experience of working in house in HR for large companies such as DHL, Sodexo, Teleperformance and Turning Point Scotland allows me to provide a unique perspective when guiding the client in terms of their rights. I am able to advise on the legal rights of the individual but also able to offer practical guidance on how to manage the delicate relationship between the employee and employer, I have experience with SSSC regulatory requirements and the balance between these and employment law
