About Gordon Quilty
I have over eight years’ experience advising employees and workers on a very broad range of employment law matters.
I regularly advise clients on a wide variety of claims such as those relating to complex discrimination law issues, unfair dismissal, redundancy, whistleblowing, TUPE, collective consultation, employment status, and breach of contract.
I also have extensive experience in handling employment tribunal litigation for clients. My litigation experience has enabled me to develop a strong understanding of the litigation process. The experience I have gained in advising on and litigating employment law matters over the years has given me a keen ability for assessing the merits of a claim.
In addition, I have experience handling settlement negotiations and I enjoy using my skills to achieve successful negotiated outcomes for clients as an alternative to pursuing claims to a Tribunal hearing.
I enjoy advising my clients on their employment law issues and I find it rewarding to work with my clients in trying to achieve the best possible resolution to these issues.

Anonymous"Extremely professional, knowledgable and caring"
"I had the pleasure of working with Gordon Quilty on a settlement agreement with my employer. From the very beginning to the end he was extremely professional, knowledgable and caring. He was very patient and answered all my questions and I felt very respected and listened to through out the whole process. I am very happy with the swift result we achieved and can’t recommend Monaco and Gordon Quilty highly enough!"
Lennie"Sincerely recommend"
"I have dealt with Issy, Maria and this evening Gordon. Unfortunately, they cannot help me on this occasion but Gordon gave me incredible advice, who best to speak to and how to go about it and not to give up. Shame as they all came across as excellent people who knew what they were talking about and were very helpful. Especially Gordon who explained my situation to me, in law, but in a way I understood and the correct route to go down. He could have a career in audible books, how he sounds and explains and gives the picture of how things are. I would sincerely recommend this company to anyone needing their expertise in law."
